Information for presenters and posters

The presenter of each poster is called to remain close to the poster station during the Session 4, on Friday 31^st May, from 13:00 to 14:55

All posters must have A0 international format (max. dimension of 841x1189mm) with a vertical orientation.

 

Presenters should affix their poster to the board corresponding to the number assigned to their poster - please refer to the scientific programme

 

Poster setup time is scheduled for 30^th May, from 15:00
Poster dismantling is scheduled for 1^st of June from 13:00       

The Organizing Secretariat will provide you pat fix to attach the poster.
Please ensure your poster remain displayed throughout the duration of the event, so that participants will be able to view them at their convenience.

 

As a reminder, according to the Congress registration policy, the registration of the presenting author is mandatory for poster presentation and participation in the event.

Should you need to change the presenter, please inform the Organizing Secretariat promptly: easdec2024@aimgroup.eu - if no presenter is available to register and attend the Congress, the poster will be automatically withdrawn from the program.
